Naini Lake sets the tone for the first half of this four-night route, with boat rides, the Naina Devi Temple on its shore and the Eco Cave Garden's animal-shaped passages. The plan then drops to Ramnagar for a Jim Corbett base, swapping the lake town for forest and riverbank.

Lake Town To Tiger Country

Nainital fills two nights with Mall Road, the lakeside temple and the cave garden walk, all within easy reach on foot or a short drive. Jim Corbett then takes over for the forest leg around Ramnagar, where the Kosi river and the reserve buffer zone set up the wildlife half of the trip nicely.
