Two early days centre on Gulmarg's pony trails and the cable car toward Kongdori, no same-day rush back down. Pahalgam follows with Avantipura ruins and the Lidder valley, then Srinagar gathers Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Garden and Cheshma Shahi into a garden circuit. A shikara ride across Dal Lake and, where included, a Sonmarg day round out the schedule before departure.
