Pahalgam's Lidder valley and the carved Avantipura ruins begin this five-night route ahead of Gulmarg's snow meadows and a Srinagar close on Dal Lake. The Mughal gardens and the gondola round out a circuit that saves the houseboats and the capital's gardens for the final nights.
