Srinagar anchors this six-night plan, with an added Pahalgam day reaching the Aru, Betab and Chandanwari valleys beyond the usual Avantipura stop. Dal Lake houseboats, the Gulmarg gondola, the Mughal gardens and a Sonmarg day round out a route that gives the Lidder-side valleys more room than the standard six-night circuit.

The Extra Valleys

Pahalgam's Avantipura ruins open the touring, then a second Pahalgam day pushes into the Aru, Betab and Chandanwari valleys for riverside meadows and pine slopes. Gulmarg's gondola covers the high-meadow run, and Srinagar's Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Garden and Cheshma Shahi line up a Mughal-garden morning before a Sonmarg excursion traces the glacier road out of the city.

Stays And Meals

Three-star hotels chosen for their location anchor each leg of the six-night route, with breakfast and dinner included daily. Half-board covers breakfast and dinner, leaving lunches free on the road. Srinagar's old-city bazaars stay open for an evening walk. The valley's pine slopes and meadows frame most of the driving days.
