    Arrive at Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. On arrival, check in and freshen up before beginning your sightseeing for the day.

    In the evening, visit the Rock Garden, a unique and artistic garden created by Nek Chand Saini in 1957. Initially started privately, it has now grown into a sprawling 40-acre garden made entirely of industrial & home waste and thrown-away items, attracting visitors from all over the world for its creative sculptures and innovative designs.

    Chandigarh - Dalhousie - (7:30 Hrs - 315 Kms)

    After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Chandigarh and begin the scenic drive to Dalhousie, a beautiful hill station in Himachal Pradesh known for its colonial charm and serene surroundings.

    On arrival in Dalhousie, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Mall Road, where you can shop for local handicrafts and soak in the hill station atmosphere. Also, visit Rang Mahal, home to the Himachal Emporium and showcasing local art, crafts, and traditional Himachali culture.

    Dalhousie

    After breakfast, start early for a full-day sightseeing tour of Dalhousie’s scenic and cultural highlights. Begin with Khajjiar, often called the “Mini Switzerland of India.” This lush green meadow, surrounded by dense deodar and pine forests with snow-capped Himalayan peaks in the backdrop, is perfect for photography and offers optional horse riding at an additional cost.

    Next, visit Singing Hill / Dainkund Peak, a famous viewpoint offering refreshing panoramic views of the green valleys and plains. From here, enjoy the charming sight of the Chenab, Ravi, and Beas weaving through the hills below.

    Later, visit St. John’s Church, the oldest church in Dalhousie, known for its historical and religious significance. Lady Elgin donated the beautiful stained-glass windows that remain the church’s main attraction.

    In the evening, explore Mall Road for shopping and local experiences before returning to the hotel.

    Dalhousie - Dharamshala - (04 Hrs - 120 Kms)

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Dalhousie and drive to Dharamshala, a serene hill station famous for being the headquarters of the Tibetan Government in exile at Gangchen Kyishong. Most travelers enjoy the vibrant McLeod Ganj area, known for its Tibetan culture, scenic beauty, and café culture.

    On arrival, check in to the hotel and freshen up. In the evening, explore the Kotiwali Bazaar, where you can shop for miniature paintings, elaborately embroidered Kangra costumes, wood carvings, tribal jewellery, and even see a fossilized elephant’s tooth that is over a million years old.

    After breakfast, begin your day with sightseeing in and around Dharamshala. Start with Dal Lake, located on McLeod Ganj Road, north of Dharamshala. Surrounded by dense deodar trees, this serene lake offers a peaceful atmosphere and scenic beauty perfect for photography and relaxation.

    Next, visit the HPCA Cricket Stadium, famous for hosting Ranji Trophy matches. The stadium’s high-altitude location offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, providing a unique experience for cricket enthusiasts.

    Proceed to Gyuto Monastery, a significant tantric Buddhist monastery located approximately 9 km southeast of Dharamshala on the Palampur-Dharamsala road. This Gelug Order monastery is a center for meditation, spiritual learning, and offers a tranquil environment amidst the Himalayan landscapes.

    In the evening, visit Naddi View Point, a quaint village at 2000 meters above sea level, just 3 km from McLeod Ganj, offering panoramic views of the Kangra Valley and the surrounding mountains.

    Dharamshala - Amritsar - (04:30 Hrs - 205 Kms)

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Dharamshala and drive to Amritsar, a city rich in history, culture, and spirituality.

    On arrival, visit the Golden Temple, also known as Harmandir Sahib. This architectural marvel is the centerpiece of the vast gurudwara complex, built on a rectangular platform surrounded by the sacred Amrit Sarovar (pool of nectar), from which Amritsar gets its name. The Guru Granth Sahib, the holy book of the Sikhs, is ceremoniously installed in the temple every morning and returned at night to the Akal Takhat, the temporal seat of the Khalsa brotherhood.
