    Bangalore - Mysore - (3 Hrs 26 Min - 144 kms)

    Arrive at Bangalore Airport, meet the assistance, and proceed to Mysore (approximately 3 hrs 26 min – 144 km). Enroute, visit Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, also known as Dariya Daulat Bagh, meaning “wealth of the sea.” This palace, the summer retreat of Tipu Sultan, was often called the ‘Abode of Happiness’ and ‘Envy of Heaven’ by the constructor. Built on a raised stone platform with teak pillars and artistic interiors, it was started by Hyder Ali Khan in 1778 and completed by Tipu Sultan in 1784 AD. Timings: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on weekdays, 08:30 am – 5:30 pm on Sundays. Entry fees: INR 15 per person for Indian Nationals, INR 200 for Foreign Nationals.

    Check into your hotel and freshen up. By 5:00 pm, drive to Brindavan Gardens to enjoy the sound and light show. Brindavan Gardens, located about 12 km northwest of Mysore, is one of the best terrace gardens in the world, featuring illuminated fountains, terraces, water channels, lawns, and flowerbeds. Designed by Sir Mirza Ismail and inspired by the Shalimar Gardens of Kashmir, it is situated near the Krishnaraja Sagar Dam over the Cauvery River. Timings: 6:00 am – 8:00 pm on weekdays and 6:00 am – 9:00 pm on weekends. Illumination Timings: Jan–Sept – Weekdays 6:30 pm–7:30 pm, Weekends 7:00 pm–8:55 pm; Oct–Dec – Weekdays 7:00 pm–8:55 pm, Weekends 7:00 pm–8:25 pm. Entry fees: INR 20 per person.

    Mysore - Coorg - (2 Hrs 60 Min – 110 kms)

    After breakfast, check out early from your hotel and drive to Coorg (approximately 2 hrs 60 min – 110 km). Enroute, visit Mysore Palace, completed in 1912 and known for its magnificent Indo-Saracenic architecture, blending Hindu, Islamic, Rajput, and Gothic styles. The palace is surrounded by aesthetically designed gardens and features a three-storied building with grey granite and deep pink marble domes, a five-storied tower 145 feet high, and a portico with seven vast arches.

    Timings: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
    Sound & Light Show: 7:00 pm – 7:40 pm on weekdays (Monday–Saturday) except Sundays, National Holidays, and State Festivals; 7:00 pm – 7:45 pm on Sundays, National Holidays, and State Festivals.
    Entry fees: INR 40 per person for Indian Nationals, INR 200 for Foreign Nationals (Entry from Varaha Gate).

    Facilities: Wheelchair access, camera custody counter, footwear stands, drinking water, clean toilets, and government-approved guides. The palace is also the venue for the world-famous Mysore Dasara Festival, celebrated in October–November with over 96,000 lights illuminating the palace.

    After the visit, continue the drive to Coorg, known for its coffee plantations and scenic beauty. On arrival, check into your hotel, freshen up, and relax. Evening is free for personal activities.

Later, set out to visit Omkareshwara Temple, an ancient shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, noted for its unique blend of Gothic and Islamic architectural styles. Continue to Abbey Falls, originally called Jessi Falls, set amidst a lush jungle area. In the evening, visit Raja’s Seat for scenic views. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Coorg.
