You will also enjoy the scenic surroundings and beaches of the island city. The journey then continues by ferry to Havelock Island, known for its crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. Here you will visit the world-famous Radhanagar Beach (Beach No.7), ranked among the best beaches in Asia, and enjoy an excursion to Elephant Beach where you can experience exciting water activities such as snorkeling, sea walk, jet ski, glass-bottom boat ride and more on direct payment basis.     01

    Arrival at Port Blair

    Arrival at Port Blair in the morning and transfer to the hotel. After lunch proceed to visit Corbyn’s Cove Beach, located 9 kms from Port Blair. It is a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking and bathing. Later proceed to Cellular Jail Museum and attend the enthralling Sound & Light Show at Cellular Jail where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.

    02

    Port Blair – Havelock Island

    After breakfast depart by inter-island ferry to Havelock Island (57 kms by sea from Port Blair). On arrival, transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon visit the world famous Radha Nagar Beach (Beach No. 7) at Havelock, which was named the “Best Beach in Asia” by Time Magazine in 2004.

    Havelock Island

    After breakfast proceed to Elephant Beach for adventurous snorkeling experience. Elephant Beach is located near the eastern coast of Havelock Island and is approachable by dunghi (small wooden carved fishing motor boat). Snorkeling is a leisure water sport in which a person swims on the surface of water wearing a face mask and views the underwater corals. Please carry your snacks / pack lunch, drinking water and changing dress. Return back to the hotel.

    Havelock – Port Blair

    After breakfast return back to Port Blair by ferry and transfer to the hotel. Later visit Chidiya Tapu and return back to the hotel.

    Port Blair

    After breakfast proceed for a full-day excursion to North Bay (Coral Island) to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fishes and other marine life. The glass bottom boat ride helps one to take a closer look at the vast coral colonies. One can also enjoy snorkeling and other water sports activities like Jet Ski ride, Sea Walk etc. Please carry your snacks / pack lunch, drinking water and changing dress.

    Later visit Ross Island, from where the British governed the entire Andaman & Nicobar Islands prior to India’s Independence. One can see the remnants of an opulent past in the ruins of the church, swimming pool and the Chief Commissioner’s residence with its huge gardens and grand ballrooms. There is also a cemetery and a small museum managed by the Indian Navy. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deer, peacocks and exotic birds. Overnight stay will be at the respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair.
