    Delhi - Shimla - (9 HRS – 343 KMS)

    Arrive at Delhi Airport where you will be met by our representative and assisted for your onward journey to Shimla. Proceed by road to Shimla, known for its pine-scented hills, beautiful Shali Peaks, crisp winter skies, fragrant cedar forests, romantic mists, and golden hillsides. Enjoy the scenic drive as you make your way into the serene landscapes of Himachal Pradesh. Upon arrival in Shimla, check in to the hotel and relax after the journey.

    Shimla

    After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Kufri Valley, located 16 kms from Shimla, offering panoramic views of the majestic Himalayas and beautiful natural surroundings. Later, continue to Naldehra (23 kms), set beneath a skyline lined with conifer trees and known for its well-maintained nine-hole golf course.

    In the evening, visit the Mall Road and proceed to Jakhu Temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, from where you can enjoy an excellent view of Shimla. Continue to the Viceregal Lodge, formerly the residence of the British Viceroy of India, which houses ancient articles and photographs from the British era and once served as the seat of power. Also explore The Ridge and Christ Church, two of Shimla’s prominent landmarks. After sightseeing, return to the hotel.

    Shimla - Manali - ( 8 Hrs - 257 Kms)

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed by road to Manali. The journey takes approximately 8 hours covering a distance of 257 kms, offering scenic views of valleys and rivers along the way. En route, visit Kullu village and stop at a local shawl factory to witness the traditional weaving process and explore a variety of authentic Himachali shawls. After the visit, continue your drive towards Manali.

    On arrival in Manali, check in to the hotel and relax after the long journey.

    Manali

    After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Manali. Begin with a visit to Naggar Castle Art Gallery, a paradise for art lovers. This historic castle, which also functions as a heritage hotel, houses beautiful artwork and paintings and is a delight for those who appreciate art and architecture.

    Continue to Hadimba Devi Temple, an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, the wife of Bhima from the Indian epic Mahabharata. Surrounded by cedar forests, the temple is known for its unique structure and serene setting.

    Later visit the Tibetan Monastery (Manali Gompa), a wonderful place to experience Buddhist culture. Famous for its wall paintings, pagoda-style architecture, and chortens, the monastery offers a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere, along with scenic views around the complex.

    Proceed to Vashisht Temple, located just outside Manali across the River Beas, known for its natural hot sulphur springs whose waters are believed to have curative properties.

    In the afternoon, you may choose to drive to Kullu for river rafting on the Beas River. Several private operators offer rafting experiences with proper safety equipment, allowing you to enjoy both adventure and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Alternatively, you can spend time exploring and shopping at the Mall Road of Manali.

    Return to the hotel in the evening.

    Manali - Rohtang - Manali

    Early in the morning around 5:30 am, proceed for an excursion to Rohtang Pass (at personal cost through Union vehicle). Rohtang Pass is a high mountain pass located on the eastern Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, approximately 50 kms from Manali, at an altitude of 3,978 meters. It connects the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul and Spiti Valleys of Himachal Pradesh and further extends towards Ladakh.

    Spend time at Rohtang enjoying the breathtaking views, photography, playing in the snow, and relishing hot Maggi and tea amidst the chilly mountain atmosphere. While returning to Manali, if time permits, stop at Solang Valley to enjoy adventure activities such as paragliding and zorbing (activities at own cost and subject to weather conditions).

    In the evening, return to the hotel.

    Manali - Dalhousie - (10 Hrs – 327 Kms)

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed by road to Dalhousie, covering a distance of 327 kms in approximately 10 hours. Enjoy the scenic journey as you travel through the beautiful landscapes of Himachal Pradesh.

    On arrival in Dalhousie, check in to the hotel. In the evening, you may relax at leisure or take a stroll along the Mall Road. You will also visit Rang Mahal, known as the home to the Himachal Emporium, where you can explore local handicrafts and traditional items.

    Dalhousie

    After breakfast, start a little early for a full-day sightseeing tour of Dalhousie. Begin with a visit to Khajjiar, a popular tourist destination known for its lush green meadows and scenic beauty. Often referred to as “Mini Switzerland,” Khajjiar is surrounded by a thick cover of deodar and pine trees with the snow-capped Himalayas forming a beautiful backdrop. Here, you can enjoy photography and optional horse riding (at additional cost).

    Continue to Dainkund Peak, also known as the “Singing Hill,” one of the well-known attractions in Dalhousie. From this viewpoint, you can enjoy refreshing views of the green hills, valleys, and plains. The charming sight of the rivers Chenab, Ravi, and Beas flowing through the landscape below adds to the natural beauty of the place.

    Later, visit St. John’s Church, the oldest church in the town, known for its religious and historical significance. The stained-glass windows donated by Lady Elgin are the main attraction of this church.

    In the evening, explore the Mall Road of Dalhousie at leisure.

    Dalhousie - Chandigarh - (9 Hrs – 320 Kms)

    After breakfast, check out early from the hotel and proceed by road to Chandigarh, covering a distance of 320 kms in approximately 9 hours. It will be a long and somewhat hectic drive, but you can enjoy the changing landscapes as you descend from the hills to the plains.

    On arrival in Chandigarh, check into the hotel and relax after the journey.

    Chandigarh

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to visit the Rock Garden. The Rock Garden of Chandigarh is a unique sculpture garden created by Nek Chand Saini, a government official who began building it privately in his spare time in 1957. Also known as Nek Chand’s Rock Garden, it is spread over an area of approximately 40 acres and is renowned for its creative structures and artistic installations made from industrial and household waste materials.

    Later, you will be dropped at Chandigarh Airport for your flight to your hometown, carrying wonderful memories of Himachal.
