Arrive at Jodhpur Airport, where you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take some time to rest and relax. Later, proceed to visit Mandore Gardens, known for its charming collection of temples, memorials, and high rock terraces. The gardens house the Chhatris (cenotaphs) of many rulers of the Jodhpur state, making it a significant historical attraction. Continue to Balsamand Lake, located 5 km from Jodhpur on the Jodhpur–Mandore Road. Built in 1159 AD by the Gurjara-Pratihara rulers, the lake was originally designed as a water reservoir to supply water to Mandore and is now a popular picnic spot. Later, visit the local markets for some shopping before returning to the hotel.

Today let’s explore Jodhpur in the most local way by taking a Blue City walking experience around 9 a.m. (optional). Discover a city that was planned in the form of a human body, where every part of it resembles different organs of the body. Start the trail with a spiritual visit to the historic Krishna Temple located at the heart of Jodhpur. After meeting the priest’s family, proceed towards the narrow yet lively lanes of the Blue City, interact with the locals and discover some of the untold stories and tales about the place. Here onwards, visit the ancient wells that have played a pivotal role among the natives of Jodhpur. On the completion of the heritage visits, it will be time to savour the flavoursome sweets. Savour Gulab Jamun, Mave ki Kachori and other delicacies of Jodhpur. Enhance this tantalizing experience with a visit to the community kitchen and Krishi Mandi (Grain Market). With your arrival at the Clock Tower, this historical and heritage walk will come to an end. Later in the afternoon visit some of the famous Umaid Bhawan Palace, Mehrangarh Fort, and Jaswant Thada. Return to the hotel.

Jodhpur to Bishnoi Village (25 Kms – 45 Mins):
The Bishnoi’s are a community of Rajasthan who are famous for their rich cultural Rajasthani life and their true love for nature and animals. Bishnoi Village Safari is the concept started to show and help tourists take a glimpse of rich rural culture, lifestyle, and traditions of Bishnoi Villages and The True Rajasthan.

• Gudda Village: Watch wild animals in their natural habitats; many species of desert animals are found here such as Antelopes, Gazelle, Demoiselle Crane, Rabbits, Blue Bulls, Migrated Birds, Peacocks, etc.
• Waivers Village: A Durry is basically a floor cover, somewhat resembling a drug get, woven on a loom using cotton or silk yarn, or goat or camel hair. It may be used as a throw rug, bedside rug, to cover corridors and passages, or even to replace a carpet.
• Potter’s Village: Famous for pottery, tourists can see people doing pottery. If you want, you can also try pottery; our representative will demonstrate the way people here do pottery and will also help you in doing the same.

After breakfast, proceed to Manvar/Sam Dunes, an ideal base to explore Indian desert life, culture, wildlife, and landscapes of breathtaking beauty. It offers a stark and contrasting desert experience. On arrival, check into your tents. In the late afternoon, enjoy a desert safari visiting tribal villages, observing desert wildlife, witnessing local craftsmen’s artwork, and experiencing the beautiful sunset at the sand dunes. Evenings are livened up by a campfire, mashaals, and performances by local musicians and dancers. The Manvar Desert Safari Plan includes Camel Ride, Jeep Ride, Cultural Folk Dance, Lunch & Dinner. Dinner will be served at the campsite.

Today, after breakfast, depart from Manvar to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is a former medieval trading center and princely state in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, located in the heart of the Thar Desert. Known as the “Golden City,” it is distinguished by its yellow sandstone architecture. Dominating the skyline is Jaisalmer Fort, a sprawling hilltop citadel buttressed by 99 bastions. Behind its massive walls stand the ornate Maharaja’s Palace and intricately carved Jain Temples. On arrival, check into your hotel. The evening is free for leisure, giving you the opportunity to explore the local market for some shopping. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

After breakfast, go for a cultural tour of Jaisalmer covering some beautiful havelis like Patwon ki Haveli, an interesting piece of architecture and the most important among the havelis in Jaisalmer, and Nathmalji ki Haveli, which was commissioned as the residence of Diwan Mohata Nathmal, the then Prime Minister of Jaisalmer by Maharawal Beri Sal. The architecture of this haveli is quite different from other havelis in Jaisalmer.

Visit Jaisalmer Fort, also known as the Sonar/Golden Fort, built in 1156 and a proud chattel of the Bhati clan. Founded by Rawal Jaiswal, the fort stands 250 feet tall and is protected by 30-foot-long walls. It comprises 99 bastions, 92 of which were built between 1633 and 1647, showcasing a fusion of Islamic and Rajput architecture. The fort, made of yellow sandstone, looks golden in the early morning when the first rays of the sun reach it. There are many outdoor rooftop cafes offering stunning views of the sunset. The evening is free for some shopping. Return to the hotel.

This day, after breakfast, you will be transferred to Jodhpur Airport/Railway Station for your flight or train to your hometown. You return back with wonderful memories of Rajasthan.
