Continue your exploration at Narara Marine National Park, India’s first marine wildlife sanctuary and marine national park, established in 1980 and 1982 respectively. This unique ecosystem consists of 42 tropical islands and is home to some of the finest coral reef-fringed islands, including Pirotan, Narara, Ajad, and Positara. The park also features mangrove forests that serve as breeding grounds for bird species such as Painted Storks, Darters, and Black-necked Ibis, along with endangered sea turtles like Olive Ridley, Leatherback, and Green Sea Turtles.
